Jianli Research and study] Chinese butterflies dance gracefully in the Netherlands, the flower capital of Europe

Sixty years ago, the violin concerto "Liang Shanbo and Zhu Yingtai" was born in Shanghai to celebrate the 10th birthday of the People's Republic of China. Sixty years later, the Zhongwei Percussion Orchestra specially staged the percussion version of "Liang Shanbo and Zhu Yingtai" in the Netherlands in Europe to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the motherland. This harmonious "butterfly" dance, combining Chinese and Western elements, dances gracefully, praising the story of love that depends on life and death. As an oriental song and a timeless love story, the percussion version of "Liang Shanbo and Zhu Yingtai" has also become a moving masterpiece for the audience. It is a continuation and innovation of Chinese traditional culture and art, and a responsibility and mission for the Red Flag to respect history and never forget its original intention.

Zhongwei Percussion Orchestra

The Zhongwei Percussion Orchestra was founded in 2012. It is a group of students who love percussion and young teachers who are eager to explore music education. The purpose of the orchestra's establishment is to promote the popularization and promotion of community cultural activities and urban civilization construction. The construction goal of the orchestra is to cultivate musical talents in percussion art. At the same time, it carries out music education and scientific research to provide a practical platform for orchestra members. In addition to regular rehearsals, the orchestra will have regular learning concerts and class concerts every semester. Every summer vacation, there will also be public performances and exchange activities.
The Zhongwei Percussion Orchestra has only been established for a few years. Due to its purpose of founding the orchestra and the quality of its performances, it has received the attention and guidance of many percussion masters, professors and musicians at home and abroad. Such as the late Chinese percussion master Zhao Ji (Central Conservatory of Music professor), Zhang Jingli (Central Conservatory of Music associate professor, percussion doctor, Beijing Jianli Percussion Ensemble artistic director), Benoit Cambereling (president of the World Timpani Association), Keiko Abe (Japanese national treasure Marimba performer), etc.
The orchestra is led by Mr. Sun Zhongwei, a percussionist from the Olympic Games. Sun Zhongwei is passionate about the promotion and development of percussion, and is eager to explore the simultaneous development of skill cultivation and thinking ability, and emotional shaping in youth music education.
Zhongwei Percussion Orchestra is a vibrant and youth orchestra with a clear direction of effort. The orchestra welcomes all those who love music and percussion, and are willing to share our happiness and growth in music with you.

2019 marks the 47th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the Netherlands. The relationship between China and the Netherlands has a long history. With frequent exchanges in politics and economic development between China and the Netherlands, the relationship between the two countries has entered its best period. At the same time, China and the Netherlands are natural partners in the construction of the "Belt and Road". The potential of the relationship between the two countries is huge. On August 17, the "Zhongwei Percussion Orchestra European Special Concert" was successfully held in the Netherlands, attracting many Dutch audiences to attend. The Zhongwei Percussion Orchestra brought many Chinese percussion pieces to the Dutch audience, each work combining the spiritual connotation and unique charm of Chinese culture, representing the hard work of all members of the orchestra. In addition, the arrangement combined Chinese and Western cultures, not only reflecting the high importance of the Zhongwei Percussion Orchestra to this concert, but also showing the positive exploration and firm belief of the Zhongwei Percussion Orchestra in music.

Redefining classics in a new form, allowing the national treasures to blossom into a new chapter. When the well-known and touching melody sounded in the Netherlands, the audience was excited. The arrangement of "Liang Shanbo and Zhu Yingtai" was so in line with Marimba, which was unique and distinctive with its distinct style, rich colors, elegant appearance, and soft sound. This combination of Chinese and Western music brought a refreshing feeling to the audience, not only bringing the audience a dreamlike feeling of the ultimate musical dream, but also allowing the Dutch audience to appreciate the beauty of Chinese music.
Easter eggs · Serious rehearsal moments

Every member of the Zhongwei Percussion Orchestra has put in ten million efforts for this performance. All the details on stage will be magnified. If you want to conquer the ears of every listener, you can only practice hard countless times on stage. They break through themselves and dare to innovate, which is not only a dream, but also a persistence and faith in music.

Exquisite playing skills and unique interpretation methods. "The Hero of Liangshan and the Beauty of Zhu Yingtai" has left a very profound impression on the audience after being perfectly interpreted by Zhong Wei's percussion orchestra. Although the members of Zhong Wei's percussion orchestra are not very old, such rich stage experience is very rare. At the end of the article, I wish Zhong Wei's percussion orchestra can carve out its own niche in the future.
